Shima Beigzadeh, Masters of Systems Science Candidate at the University of Ottawa, has submitted her thesis proposal entitled, "System dynamics modeling of the impacts of Maximum Water Level: The Case of Charlottetown, P.E.I., Canada".  Shima is working under the supervision of Dr. Philippe Crabbe, Dr. Dan Lane and Dr. Rick Moll.
